Take note.
Worrying about things out of your control or that haven’t happened yet is silly, yet we all do it.
- Can I do anything about this?
- Is there a very high chance of this happening and if so is there a very high chance it will directly affect me?
Those are two simple questions to ask when concern over the news creeps up.
If the answer is “no,” pray and move on.
The media is designed to get views and keep you in a constant state of fear.
Don’t let them use and abuse you ⚔️
